I’m a Product Writer with over 5 years of experience in User Experience Writing and Content Design. Currently, I write at Pinterest for Personalization experiences on the Inspiration Design team. Before that, I wrote for Growth experiences at Duolingo, and for global payment experiences at PayPal.

Duolingo
Wrote for Growth experiences that increased success metrics for: the streak, widget, leaderboards, achievements, onboarding, and nudge-y notifications.
Designed content strategy for Duolingo Widget promo newsletter project that increased overall widget installation rate.
Outlined strategy and creative script for Onboarding video that increased Super Duolingo subscription bookings by 3%.
Created email that increased unique Leaderboards learners by 5% and increased their time spent learning in the app by 4%.
January 2019-November 2021
PayPal
Established PayPal as China’s first online foreign payment provider through crafting content for a compliance initiative, allowing the company to tap into a 96 trillion-dollar e-commerce market.
Maintained PayPal’s significant business with Mexico, humanizing a tricky compliance flow for around 2.8 million merchant and consumer users.
Co-founded PayPal Rise, the company’s first ever Pan Asian employee resource group, to support the company’s mission of democratizing payments across the world and to strengthen a sense of cultural community in the tech workplace.
